The first day of candidate filings for the April Elections in Missouri sees contested races shaping up in the City of Branson.
Each of the three incumbent aldermen, Bill Skains in Ward 1, Jeff Seay in Ward 2, and and Jamie Whiteis in Ward 3, have filed to run for re-election and each will see opposition from Marshall Howden, Chuck Rodriguez, and Ralph LeBlanc respectively.
The sign-up period for all municipalities, school districts, and other political subdivisions for the April Election goes through December 28.
