Two Branson Entertainers are facing Federal Charges.

According to court documents filed by the U.S. Attorney's Office Western District of Missouri and recapped by Ozarks First, Garry Carson and Janine Carson were indicted on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. 

Authorities allege the Carsons coerced a minor to participate in sexual explicit acts. The documents say they couple created images and videos of the acts that are alleged to have occurred between January 2023 and June of 2025.

Gary and Janine Carson have produced and performed recently in the Escape Reality Magic Show and the The Cabaret Comedy Magic Dinner Show in Branson. They have also performed in shows in Las Vegas and been featured on the Masters of Illusion Television Show.
