A woman who failed to appear in court on several charges including possession of drugs is behind bars.
According to an arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 31-year-old Nicole Kahley of Hollister had been arrested in May on a felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and some traffic violations. She had been released on bond but eventually failed to meet the conditions of that bond with an arrest warrant having been issued in July.
Kahley was taken into custody Sunday morning by the MSHP and is now being held in the Taney County Jail without bond pending her next court appearance.
