A traffic crash on Highway OO near Kimberling City results in serious injuries to a woman from Reeds Spring.
According to the MSHP Traffic Crash Report, the accident happened around 7:40 Monday evening when the 36-year-old driver of a van lost control of the vehicle driving off the left side of the road and overturning.
The woman was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment of her injuries.
