A woman from Kirbyville is facing several charges after an incident near Harrison on Halloween.
According to an affidavit filed by the Boone County Sheriff's Office, 37-year-old Dannielle Heath is accused of making threats to an employee of a truck stop in Bellfonte when Heath tried to pay for an item with a check after which she was informed that business does not accept checks.
Heath allegedly threw a drink at the employee and threaten to kill her.
After being taken into custody, Heath claimed during an interview at the Boone County Detention Center that she worked for the Department of Defense and that she was a Navy JAG Officer, a claim that was false according tot the affidavit.
Heath is a facing felony charges of Terroristic Threatening and Criminal Impersonation as well as several misdemeanor charges for the incident. Heath was released after posting a $7.500 Bond with her next appearance in Boone County Circuit Court scheduled for next Tuesday.
