SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A study by casino experts at Jeff Bet analyzed 250 of the most popular fast-food chains in the US, determining the worst-rated establishments based on customer reviews from Tripadvisor.
The study collected restaurant reviews from Tripadvisor of the biggest restaurants in the U.S. and an average rating out of five was calculated from each state.
According to the study, ranking first as the worst-rated fast food chain in America is KFC, with an average review score of 2.958. KFC was the worst-rated chain in 17 states.
