The Missouri State Highway Patrol works a trio of accidents in the Lakes Region over the weekend.
Late Friday night south of Kimberling City on Highway 13, MSHP reports a single car crash where the vehicle ran off the highway striking an embankment and mailbox before overturning. The driver, a 36-year-old male from Blue Eye, and three juveniles in the car sustained minor to moderate injuries.
A man from Lake Ozark sustains moderate injuries in a one vehicle crash Saturday afternoon on Highway H north of Forsyth. According to the accident report, the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve traveling off the side of the and overturning before striking a tree.
A Saturday night crash on Ridgedale Road resulted in serious injuries to a 43-year-old man from Ridgedale. The accident report indicates the crash occurred around 10:30 when the SUV he was driving slid off the road and collided with a tree. The man was taken to Cox Medical Center in Branson for treatment of his injuries.
