Severe storms are possible today.
The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 9:00 this evening covering all of the Lakes Region.
Some storms have begun to pop up in the Ozarks with severe weather already impacting southcentral Missouri. A Level 2 or Slight Risk of severe weather is possible is areas southeast of a Branson-Eureka Springs line with large hail and damaging winds the primary threats. Isolated areas of heavy rain are also possible with these storms.
