After the rain moved off and on through the region this weekend, warm and humid conditions will start the week off.
The National Weather Service expects conditions to be mostly dry over the next two days with highs in the mid-80s today with temperatures approaching 90 degrees Tuesday and Wednesday and heat index readings into the upper 90s.
Wednesday will see the return of showers and thunderstorms to the forecast in the afternoon with a Slight Risk of Severe Storms in the region.
