This time last week, the Lakes Region was bracing for a major winter storm that would bring over eight inches of snow to the region. This week, the Lakes Region is expecting warm and dry conditions.
Forecasters for the National Weather Service expected few mornings with below freezing temperatures while the daytime highs will be mostly in the 60s, melting off the remains of last week’s snow.
Except for Thursday, with highs in the 50s and lows around freezing, the rest of the week will see highs into the 60s and lows in the mid-upper 30s into the 40s.
