A date and change of venue has been set in the trial of a woman accused of second-degree murder in relation to a DWI that led to four deaths.
According to an Ozarks First report, the trial will take place in January of 2025 for 51-year-old Theresa Manetzke of Aurora, who is accused of having struck a group of motorcyclist on Highway 39 in Lawrence County in June of 2023 killing four and injuring seven others.
Manetzke is also facing charges of driving under the influence in relation to the crashes.
A change of venue has been granted in the case from Lawrence to Barry County and will take place in Cassville.
