A trail date has now been set for the man accused of murdering two employees at Famous Dave’s BBQ in Branson in May of 2021.
Miguel Angel Melendez-Torres was arrested in October of last year in Massachusetts with two counts of murder in the second degree in the deaths of Krystle Buhl and Richard McMahan.
A Criminal Setting Hearing is scheduled for February 28th of 2023 with the actual Jury Trial scheduled to begin on June 5th.
The murders took place on Memorial Weekend of 2021 and the investigation eventually led to the arrest of Melendez-Torres later that year.
