Garth Brooks is coming to the lakes region for a concert at the soon to be renovated Thunder Ridge Complex in Ridgedale.
The complex, part of the Bass Pro Shops/Big Cedar Lodge Properties owned by Johnny Morris, is wrapping up renovations that takes the seating capacity of the amphitheater from 10,000 to 50,000, has hosted several concerts in the past including shows featuring Dierks Bentley and Hank Williams, Jr.

The Garth Brooks Concert will take place a week after the first event and the newly renovated facility with the Thunder Days event featuring the Missouri Thunder Rodeo Team sponsored by Bass Pro Shops. The Thunder is part of the Professional Bull Riders Team Series, an eight team league that has featured team competitions around the country this year. The PBR event will take place September 23-25. Tickets for that event are also available through Ticketmaster.
