"Five Women Wearing the Same Dress" will run at the Lyric Theater this month, according to Eric Stefanski.
Stefanski appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to talk about the play. It opens on April 28. He said it runs for two weekends. Each weekend has two different casts.
Stefanski described the production as a "serious comedy." "There are several issues in this play that get dealt with seriously but humorously," he said. He drew upon the example of "Steel Magnolias" to explain elements of the show.
Tickets are $10 for senior citizens and students, $8 for children and $12 for adults. Late purchases are an additional $3. The play has an "explicit language warning."
Stefanski said the language isn't as prominent as in some television shows but stressed the warning. He discussed this and more on the broadcast.
Tickets can be purchased online.
The full interview with Stefanski is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
