The contractor for the Compton Flood Wall project will temporarily close the lanes of traffic on Branson Landing Blvd. from Compton Drive to the Cox Hospital entrance for 10-15 minutes on Friday between 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
This temporary lane closure will be for the moving of heavy equipment according to a release from the city.
Traffic control signage will be in place to direct motorists and pedestrians safely through the temporary lane closures. Traffic delays are expected to be at a minimum during this lane closure. Work is weather dependent. Drivers are encouraged to slow down and be mindful of signs and workers in the marked Work Zone.
