A Branson man is in the Taney County Jail facing life in prison after being accused of intentionally running over someone with his car.
According to the report from the Branson Tri-Lakes News, Logan Schouten is charged with first degree assault or attempt causing serious physical injury, a class A felony which could bring a sentence of life in prison upon conviction.
Court Documents indicate the incident happened on September 8th and stemmed from an argument between Schouten and the victim.
