A water cannon salute welcomed the return of passenger air service to Branson last week as Sun Country Airlines landed its first plan at the Branson Airport.
The inaugural flight was the first of two flights weekly between Branson and Minneapolis-St. Paul that will continue through mid-November.
The commercial air service is the first at the Branson Airport since Frontier decided to end service to Branson in 2022.
