A man from Reeds Spring is in jail following an incident where he became violent during a dinner last week.
Court documents indicate that Floyd Hicks, Jr., became upset when he felt a meal was not properly prepared. Hicks is alleged to have slammed a person’s head into a cabinet plus through a chair at other people, punched holes into a wall, and later threatened to kill them and take their child.
Hicks has been charged with first-degree domestic assault, two counts of armed criminal action and endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk.
Hicks is being held without bond in the Stone County Jail.
