Some Arkansas residents see their state tax deadlines extended due to recent storms.
The Executive Order signed by Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders gives residents in counties impacted by the severe storms and flooding around April 2nd an extension until July 31 to meet their state filing deadlines. The order also extends to items like Driver's License Renewals.
The Lakes Area Counties included in the Executive Order are Marion, Newton, and Searcy.
