Forecasters with the National Weather Service have increased the chances for severe weather as a front moves through today.
UPDATE:
A Tornado Watch is in effect for all of the Lakes Region in Arkansas and Missouri until 9:00 pm this evening.
The latest release from the weather service has raised the severe weather threat level to enhanced with potential for large hail and winds gusts of 60-70 MPH. Some isolated tornados are also possible during the passage of the front.
Storms as expected to move through this afternoon into this evening and should end during the overnight hours.
Temperatures on Friday will see highs only around 60.
