156th State Representative Brian Seitz has wasted no time getting ready to start his second term in office.
Seitz, who beat challenger Ginger Witty in the November Election to earn that second term, talks about some of the 14 Bills he has already pre-filed for the 2023 Legislative Session on a recent visit to KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program.
Some of the Bills are ones he has presented before including a proposed Entertainment Industry Investment Act to encourage Television and Film Productions in the state and a bill to require health insurance companies to cover PTSD first responders.
Among the new Bills Seitz is proposing is one to extend the statute of limitations on civil claims for sexual abuse claims from around 31 years of age to age 55.
