FORSYTH, Mo. — A Rockaway Beach man charged with sexually abusing an elderly woman and her caregiver niece has been sentenced to eight years in prison.
Danny Huff, 71, entered an Alford plea in January to first-degree sexual abuse. A misdemeanor assault charge was dropped.
A probable cause statement in the case says Huff forced the 70-year-old victim to perform sex acts against her will and inappropriately touched her teenage niece, who was the woman’s caregiver.
