While a White Christmas is not likely in the Lakes Region, the week will not be lacking for precipitation.
The National Weather Service says a round of showers will move through the region with scattered rain chances becoming more general tonight and overnight into Tuesday. Some areas could see up to an inch and a half of rain before showers begin to move out Christmas Eve.
Christmas Day looks to be cloudy but dry before another round of rain is possible beginning on Thursday.
All the while, temperatures will be on the rise with highs primarily in the 50s and approaching the 60s towards the end of the week with lows mainly in the 40s.
