One person is injured after a crash on Highway 76 near Kirbyville as someone was trying to help a person whose vehicle had stalled along the road.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 7:00 Thursday morning when a vehicle driven by 83-year-old Kenneth Flowers of Kirbyville collided with the two vehicles on the side of the road and struck one of the people with the vehicles.
42-year-old Dick Ruby of Kirbyville sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
