A firefighter witnesses a single vehicle crash that helps First Responders arrive at the scene quickly.
The crash took place on Thursday on Highway 86 near Lakeshore Drive. According to a post on the Western Taney County Fire Department Facebook Page, a member firefighter saw a propane truck leave the roadway and overturn. He notified the department who along with the Missouri Highway Patrol and Taney County Ambulance, responded to the scene.
Firefighters were able to determine the propane tank was not damaged and not releasing any hazardous materials at the scene.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the driver, 60-year-old Ned Barnett of Branson, escaped with only minor injuries that were treated at Cox Medical Center Branson.
