A 911 hang up call has led to the arrest of an Ozark County man on multiple charges including kidnapping, assault and burglary. Aaron Perry of Isabella was arrested following the incident May 4.
Ozark County Sheriff Cass Martin says he, and a state trooper, responded to the residence in Isabella following the 911 hang up. They discovered Perry had allegedly taken his domestic partner and child against their will to his residence, also in Isabella. The investigation revealed Perry had physically assaulted the victim, burglarized her residence and tampered with a witness.
Perry is charged with two counts of kidnapping, child kidnapping, burglary, and domestic assault in the third degree, all felonies. Misdemeanor charges include endangering the welfare of a child, domestic assault in the fourth degree and tampering with a victim. He is being held in the Ozark County Jail without bond.
