One person is injured and another is facing charges after a two vehicle crash in Taney County Friday.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash on Highway 76 east of Kirbyville occurred when a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Marshall Winters of Kirbyville began to go off the road when Winters overcorrected and crossed the centerline and struck a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Deborah Oxley of Forsyth.
Oxley sustained moderate injuries that were treated at Cox South Hospital in Springfield while Winters is facing felony charges of leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence.
