A person is dead after a shooting that occurred at an AutoZone in Berryville over the weekend.
According to a press release from the Berryville Police Chief reported by Ozarks First, police officers responded to a shots-fired report at around 1:29 p.m. Saturday at the AutoZone on West Trimble Street.
One person was taken to Mercy Hospital in Berryville where they were later pronounced dead from their injuries.
Police are still investigating the shooting. No names of people involved in the incident have been released.
