A man from Oklahoma is injured after the knee board he was riding on Table Rock Lake hit a rock near the shoreline.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place Saturday afternoon near Fisher Creek Cove when a boat towing the knee board got to close to the shoreline forcing the board ridden by 29-year-old Bret Castle to hit a rock and land on the shore.
Castle sustained serious injuries in the crash as was transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment. The driver of the boat was not injured in the incident.
