The Harrison Fire and Police Departments take to Facebook to warn people about a scam that appears to be a place to donate to help victims of the recent Texas Flooding.
Fire Chief Marc Lowery and Police Chief Chris Graddy warn people to ignore phone or text messages asking for donations. The post shares a link to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund which is one of the local sites for donations. Click here to go to that site.
Media reports now indicate over 120 deaths have occurred due to the flooding on July 4.
