A bond reduction was denied last wee for a Merriam Woods man charged with rape.
According to an entry on Missouri Case Net, the bond reduction was denied for Cody Diggan, who according to a probable cause statement posted in the Branson Tri-Lakes News, is charged with a count of first degree rape or attempted rape after three women told authorities that they were raped or sexually assaulted by Diggan in Kissee Mills earlier this month.
