2023 is almost here!
If you are celebrating, remember fireworks are only allowed to be used inside Nixa city limits on Dec. 31st from 2pm to 12:30am on Jan. 1st (and the 4th of July from 2pm to 11pm). If you want to shoot fireworks any other day, you must be outside the city limits to do so. (Fireworks are not permitted at all if a burn ban is in effect).
Call Nixa Police at 417-582-1030 to report violations of the fireworks ordinances.
Please be safe and considerate of others when using fireworks. City ordinance requires that anyone under 17 be supervised by an adult when using fireworks.
