A lottery ticket purchased in Taney County turns into a big win.
The press release below is from the Missouri Lottery:
A “Break the Bank” Scratchers ticket purchased at Phillips 66, 200 Highway F in Branson, led to a $100,000 win for a Missouri Lottery player in Taney County – the largest prize recorded in the county in 2025.
Since “Break the Bank” sales began, players have won over $12.7 million in prizes playing the $5 game statewide. Over $5.7 million remain in unclaimed prizes, including two more top prizes of $100,000 and two $20,000 prizes.
Players who purchased tickets in Taney County last fiscal year won more than $12 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $991,000 in commissions and bonuses, and education programs in the county received more than $3 million in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
