Missouri, Arkansas Recognized for I.T. Efforts

An organization that evaluates and recognizes states for their I.T. practices has released the results of their latest survey.

The Center for Digital Government (CDG) announces the results of its 2022 Digital States Survey, a biennial evaluation of the information technology (IT) practices of all 50 states.
CDG uses the Digital States Survey to evaluate states’ use of technology to improve service delivery, increase capacity, streamline operations and reach state priorities and assigns a letter grade based on quantifiable results.
Overall, Missouri received an A- Grade while Arkansas received a B. Both states did get a special recognition in specific categories as Missouri ranked second in I.T. Workforce Development while Arkansas received top honors in a Business Process Category which involved Public Safety, Emergency Management, Criminal Justice and Corrections programs.
