An area that saw a pair of minor earthquakes two weeks ago reports another minor quake over this past weekend.
The United States Geological Survey reports a 2.2 magnitude quake was reported around 10:30 Saturday night around 10 miles west of the community of Bull Shoals in Marion County. The location of the quake is approximately 24 miles east-northeast of Harrison and around 30 miles south-southeast of Branson.
According to USGS, earthquakes below magnitude 3 are rarely felt but magnitude 2 plus quakes can sometimes be felt under the right conditions.
Two earthquakes were reported in areas west of the latest quake two weeks ago.
