Branson Area McDonald’s owners and operators, Andy and Jennifer Ruprecht, have selected two Branson School District teachers as 2021 Outstanding Educators. Deanna Blackerby, first grade teacher at Cedar Ridge Elementary, and Lynn Miller, second grade teacher at Buchanan Elementary, were honored on Tuesday, October 19 by presentations at their respective schools.
“It was wonderful to honor some very deserving teachers,” says Jennifer Ruprecht. The McDonald’s Outstanding Educator Awards honor educators who exhibit dedication to their students and contribute to the improvement of education. Each winner received a $100 Visa gift card to use toward their classroom, a coffee mug, certificates and McDonald’s coupons to provide to parents with outstanding students throughout the year.
