The victim of a DWI Crash last weekend in Branson has been identified.
Branson Police tells the Branson Tri-Lakes News that the man killed was 42-year-old Denis Amilcar-Rizo of Nicaragua. He was the passenger in the vehicle that was driven by 31-year-old Wilian Garcia-Rodriguez of Guatemala.
Garcia-Roderiguez remains in the Taney County Jail facing charges for Driving While Intoxicated. Records show Garcia-Rodriguez is also facing a Misdemeanor DWI Charge in Arkansas and also a citation for Driving without a License in Missouri in Christian County.
