A man hit by a vehicle last month in Carroll County has died.
According to the report from the Arkansas State Police, the accident occurred around 1:45 pm on October 24 with 79-year-old Robert Perkins was being struck by a vehicle walking across Carroll County Road 302. The driver of the vehicle, not named in the report, was not injured in the crash.
Conditions were cloudy and wet at the time of the crash according to the ASP Report.
