A man from Forsyth is facing charges after a single vehicle crash Friday evening.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 6:30 on Highway 65 north of Branson when the driver of a pick-up truck going northbound traveled off the right side of the road, struck a rock bluff and overturned ejecting the driver from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment of his injuries.
A later arrest report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol indicated the driver was arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Drive on the Right Side of the Road. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt according to the report.
