The Ozark County Sheriff’s Office received numerous anonymous tips last week of a man prohibited from residing near schools.
According to the Ozark County Sheriff’s Facebook page, Albert Struckle was reported living within 1000 feet of Lutie School in Theodosia. During the investigation, it was discovered Struckle was not only in violation of his sex offender restrictions he had also failed to update his address after moving several weeks earlier.
Struckle, who is a Level 3 sex offender in the State of Arkansas, is also facing charges in Boone County after failing to notify the Boone County Sheriff’s Office within five days he would be leaving the state.
Struckle was arrested Thursday and booked into the Ozark County Detention Center.
