A 36-year-old man from Gainesville dies in a single vehicle crash Saturday night.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the man, not identified in the report, was driving a pick-up truck on Highway 160 east of Gainesville when the truck left the roadway striking several trees before overturning. The man, not wearing a safety device according to the report, was pronounced dead at the scene by Ozark County Coroner Gene Britt.
This is the 5th fatality in traffic crashes worked by Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
