A Kimberling City man is in the Stone County Jail on charges of Assault and Armed Criminal Action.
According to the Probable Cause Statement filed by the Branson West Police Department, Dalton Miller is accused of driving a vehicle while intoxicated and nearly hitting another vehicle last Wednesday. Miller is also accused of attacking an individual with a wooden cane causing bleeding and swelling on the victim's head.
Miller, who also had a DWI charge from March in Kimberling City, is in the Stone County Jail on a $100,000 Bond with a Bond Reduction Hearing Scheduled for Tuesday.
