A Stone County Man is facing charges after he is alleged to have assaulted an individual by hitting them with his car.
28-year-old Bryceton Raulston of Crane is facing charges of First-Degree Assault and Armed Criminal Action.
According to the Probable Cause Statement from the Stone County Sheriff’s Office, on April 6, Stone County Officers were dispatched to the site of a physical domestic dispute. Raulston told officers that when he tried to leave after an argument, the victim through rocks at him as he was in his car so in response, hit the victim with his vehicle.
Raulston is scheduled in Stone County Court for Arraignment on these charges on Friday.
