A crash west of Forsyth Monday afternoon sends two people to area hospitals, one which was airlifted.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that crash occurred after 2:00 when a car driven by 49-year-old Kimberly Kaufman of Forsyth crossed the centerline on Highway 76 west of Forsyth and struck a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Bryan Johnston and Harrison.
Both drivers sustained serious injuries with Kaufman being airlifted to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment while Johnston was taken by EMS to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
