A man who served the region as both a prosecutor and judge has died.
According to online information, Peter Rea passed away over the weekend at the age of 90.
Rea was a native of Taney County and spent years involved in the legal system in the region including tenures as Taney County Prosecutor and Associate Circuit Judge. Rea also served for several years as the City Attorney for both Branson and Hollister.
Services for Peter Rea are planned for June 26 at a site to be announced.
