A teenager from Kissee Mills is in serious condition at a Springfield hospital after a traffic crash late Thursday afternoon.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before 5:00 when the 16-year-old male was driving a SUV on Highway M when the vehicle went off the highway and struck several rocks and trees.
The driver was taken to Cox South Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
