A man is dead after he was unable to return to the boat he was in on Table Rock Lake.
The report by the Missouri State Highway patrol says the incident happened on Tuesday at Cow Creek Cove four miles south of Kimberling City when 61-year-old Christopher Moore of Kansas City let go of the side of the boat then could not reach it as it drifted away. The victim began to struggle and eventually went under the water. The report indicates that his wife eventually pulled him out of the water and began life saving measures.
