An incident last weekend in Branson has a Joplin man jailed with out bond in the Taney County Jail.
According to court documents, Jeffery Landsaw is alleged to have gotten involved with several fights at undisclosed residences in Branson. Landsaw is accused of throwing one person to the ground and then getting on top of her to continue hitting her. Another person had a table thrown at then while a third person trying to break up the fight got shoved before spaying Landsaw with pepper spray.
The probable cause affidavit goes on to say that Landsaw eventually exited the residence to a common area where he got in a fight with another individual hitting that person with his arm which was in a cast
Landsaw has pled not guilty to the charges, which include Felonies of Assault and Armed Criminal Action.
Landsaw is scheduled to next appear in Taney County Circuit Court on August 21.
