An official with the Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce talks about events keeping the Lakes Region in view.
Jonas Arjes, Chief Economic Development Officer and Director of the Taney County Partnership, during a recent interview on KRZK's "The Upside" Program talks about the appearance of the "Explore Branson" logo on NASCAR Driver Joey Gase Vehicle and a recent Infinity Series event and the benefits of the visibility during coverage of the race.
Arjes also talked about some of the improvements underway at Thunder Ridge, the facility being renovated by Johnny Morris and Bass Pro Shops with events coming up including a PBR Team Rodeo Event and three nights of concerts by Garth Brooks. Arjes talked about the plans for road expansion in that area to help with traffic flow plus other infrastructure improvements over time. Arjes said the economic impact for the region will be extremely high.
