While the risk is low, the Lakes Region could see some scattered severe thunderstorms the rest of the week.

Winds are expected to be gusty around the storms on Wednesday with potential gusts up to 35 MPH expected.
Temperatures will surge upward on Wednesday with 90 degrees possible, especially in southern Missouri.
